Method for preparing electroformed nickel metallographic sample and displaying constitution

2009
A method for preparing electroformed nickel metallographic sample and displaying constitution belongs to the technical field of metallographic sample preparation. In the method, an electroformed nickel metallographic sample is put into a vacuum furnace for annealing at the temperature of 240-340 DEG C for 3-5 hours; then the sample is roughly ground and polished with 1mum and 0.5mum diamond polishing compound for twice, and when the sample is being observed under a telescope, so that the surface scratches in the same direction can be confirmed; finally the polished electroformed nickel sample is soaked for 5-20 seconds, wherein the erodent is prepared according to the volume ratio of nitric acid and glacial acetic acid standing at 1:1. The method uses annealing heat treatment in the preparation of electroformed nickel metallographic sample, the operation is simple and the constitution display is clear.
