DOI: 10.30906/2073-8099-2020-12-3-3-13 In the process of creating an anticancer drug, an important place is occupied by the substantiation of the optimal dosage form (DF) selected in experimental studies of active pharmaceutical ingredient, (API). On the example of drugs developed in the N. N. Blokhin NMRCO, shows the effect of pharmaceutical factors on obtaining a rational DF, allowing to realize the potential of an antitumor substance. In the process of pharmaceutical development, a rational way of administering API was determined, the optimal composition of DF was selected, the interaction of injection DF with blood and tissues at the injection site was studied, the effectiveness of DF models and the dependence of the antitumor effect on the composition of auxiliary substances introduced into DF were identified. Studied the stability of the compositions obtained DF during production and subsequent storage. A rational technology has been developed for obtaining high-quality injectable DF antitumor API by freeze-drying.
