A kutatasi program fő celkitűzesei: I. Haemorheologiai osszehasonlito vizsgalatok, II. A gonadectomia (GoE), valamint a III. GoE-t kovetően előidezett vegtagi ischaemia-reperfusio (I/R) es a IV. Gonad I/R haemorheologiai vonatkozasai voltak. Ad I.: Uj adatokat nyujtottunk laboratorium allatfajok (CD outbred patkany, inbred beagle kutya) haematocrit es verviszkozitas kapcsolatahoz, az ""optimalis haematocrit"" meghatarozashoz a vorosversejt (vvs) deformabilitas es vvs aggregatio faji kulonbsegei mellett. A vermintaveteli hely, az anticoagulans, a mintatarolas es mintakezeles vonatkozasaban ujabb adatokat szolgaltattunk az allatkiserletes haemorheologiai filtrometrias es az ektacytometrias meresek optimalizalasahoz. A vizsgalt laboratoriumi allatfajok haemorheologiai parametereinek jelentős, a fajok kozott nem konzekvensen valtozo nemi kulonbsegeit mutattuk ki. Ad II.: Kimutattuk, hogy laboratoriumi patkanyokon a GoE-t kovető 2. es 3. postoperativ (p.o.) honapban jelentős vvs aggregatio es deformabilitas valtozas jelentkezett. Ad III.: Patkanyban az 1 oras hatso vegtagi I/R hatasara az 1-3. p.o. napokon mutatkozott, jelentős vvs deformabilitas romlas, nőstenyeknel nagyobb mertekben. A nőstenyek GoE+I/R csoportjaban a postischaemias ertekek mutattak a legjelentősebb romlast. Ad IV.: Patkanyokon előidezett 30 perces testis ischaemia utan a vvs deformabilitas az egy oras reperfusio vegen szignifikans romlast mutatott, a vvs aggregatio fokozodasat az 1. p.o. napon talaltuk. | The main objects of the research were: (I) Comparative hemorheological measurements; the hemorheological effects of (II) gonadectomy (GoE); of (III) hind limb ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) performed after GoE; and of (IV) gonadal I/R. Ad I: We could provide new data on the relation of hematocrit to blood viscosity and ’optimal hematocrit’ of laboratory animals (CD outbred rat, inbred beagle dog) besides describing inter-species differences of red blood cell (RBC) deformability and RBC aggregation. Concerning the blood sampling site, the anticoagulant usage, the sample handling and storage we could provide novel data for standardization of hemorheological measurements and for optimalization of filtrometry and ektacytrometry techniques. Ad II: In the 2nd and 3rd postoperative month after GoE marked changes of RBC deformability and aggregation were demonstrated in rats. Ad III: The 1-hour hind limb ischemia and the following reperfusion resulted in significant impairing of RBC deformability on the 1st to 3rd postoperative days in rats, which changes were more expressed in female animals. In female GoE+I/R group the postischemic result showed the worst results. Ad IV: In rat model of 30-minute testicular ischemia RBC deformability impaired in a highly significant manner by the 60th minute of the reperfusion, and increasing of RBC aggregation index was observed by the 1st postoperative day.
