Following a history of crying, irritability and left sided otorrhea, the mother of the patient had filled the ear canal with a few drops of milks. Phyisical examination of the patient revealed multiple larvae in the external ear canal. The larvae were aspirated under otomicroscopic vision and tympanic membrane was found to be perforated. The field was irrigated with saline and the patient was prescribed topical antibiotic drops. No complications were observed during the folow up period of the patient.
