Los sistemas educativos iberoamericanos: Revisión documental

This article of documentary review arises from the academic space of trends and challenges from the educational systems of the doctorate Management and Educational Policy at the UNIVERSIDAD DE BAJA CALIFORNIA UBC (Mexico), which aims to carry out a theoretical analysis of the governmental operation of the Ibero-American educational systems, making a comparison of six main characteristics, such as regulations, competencies of public bodies, academic structure, financing, technical education, compulsory schooling, and professional training, in six Latin American countries, deepening it in Colombia. In conclusion, it is undeniable that each state's legislation is different in the functioning of educational systems. Therefore, it is important to articulate educational processes to these legislations so as not to fall into the error of going beyond the legal and committing irreversible social and cultural errors for society and the educational community.
