Designing Event-Triggered Prescribed-Time Consensus and Containment Control of Multi-Agent Systems Under Directed Graphs

2021
This paper addresses the event-triggered prescribed-time consensus and containment control problems for networked multi-agent systems under directed communication graphs. A novel distributed event-triggered control protocol with an dynamic threshold is developed. With the proposed control approach, the settling time can be preassigned arbitrarily, and is fully independent of the initial conditions and any design parameters. Moreover, the feasibility of the proposed event-triggering mechanism is guaranteed by theoretical analysis of Zeno behavior.
