The climbing platform comprises a first holding portion, a second holding portion, a locking mechanism and an unfolding mechanism, wherein the two ends of the unfolding mechanism are hinged to the first holding portion and the second holding portion correspondingly and can drive the second holding portion to be opened and closed relative to the first holding portion; the locking mechanism comprises a locking drive portion and a locking telescopic portion connected with the locking drive portion; and the locking telescopic portion can be inserted into the first holding portion and the second holding portion under driving of the locking drive portion so as to lock the first holding portion and the second holding portion. The climbing device comprises the climbing platform. The climbing platform can be more automatically connected with a climbed object, so that the labor cost is saved, and efficiency is improved.
