BWO and TWT on Wavy-Bent Rectangular Waveguides for the Sub-MM Waveband

Presented in this paper are the results of sub-mm TWT and BWO optimization. We have researched how conductivity of waveguide walls influences devices' characteristics. For the given waveband advantages of hybrid BWO-TWT has been noted.
