Synchronous magnetic resistance motor capable of effectively reducing motor torque ripple

2016
The invention relates to a synchronous magnetic resistance motor capable of effectively reducing a motor torque ripple, which is characterized in that one layer of an insulating magnetic barrier structure of the motor is composed of straight line segments and arc curve segments and magnetic barrier bridges between the straight line segments and the arc curve segments of each layer of the insulating magnetic barrier, and the number of the insulating magnetic barrier layers in a direction from a rotor excircle close to a motor shaft is the first layer of the insulating magnetic barrier, the second layer of the insulating magnetic barrier,..., the kth layer of the insulating magnetic barrier, the (k+1)th layer of the insulating magnetic barrier ...; and a multilayer U-shaped insulating magnetic barrier structure is employed, and the widths between the straight line segments of each layer of the insulating magnetic barrier are gradually changed. In a formula, U is 0.5 time of the number of stator slot teeth pair which is passed by a half insulating magnetic barrier end; nw is the layer number of the insulating magnetic barrier; N is the number of stator slots; R is the radius from a motor shaft center to a stator tooth center; wst is the stator tooth center width; n is 1 or 2; and kw is the ratio of the width of the kth layer of the insulating magnetic barrier and the width of the zth layer of a magnetic conductive silicon steel plate between the kth layer of the insulating magnetic barrier and the (k+1)th layer of the insulating magnetic barrier.
