Microresonator ECDL for super-cavity stabilization

We report on the development of a tunable microresonator-based sub-kHz ECDL optimized for stabilization using an ultrastable super-cavity. We demonstrate the ECDL generating an undistorted error signal at the ring-down time-scale of the super-cavity and realize locking the laser to the super-cavity.
