On the History,Current Situation,Developing Trend of Craft Unions in China

After the founding of Chinese Communist Party,the Party vigorously promoted industrial combinations,but there was no distinction concept between industries and sectors.In a sense,an industry is a sector or craft,and this content continues to this day.At present,China's craft unions have not yet made explicit legal support,but there is no discord with the legal provisions.This is a part of the problem of not yet complete legal system of socialist market economic system.We should actively explore,through the theoretical and practical verification,through policies support,up to the level of legal norms and legal protection.
