NEW SUFFICIENT CONDITION FOR THE STABILITY OF SLOWLY VARYING LINEAR SYSTEMS WITH TIME-DELAY

In this paper, we use the "frozen time" approach to state some new sufficientconditions for the stability of linear time-varying systems with time-delay We establish anupper bound on the norm of time derivative of system matrix and the time-delay which,under different assumptions of "frozen-time" system eigenvalue, guarantees asymptoticstability of the system.
