Research on risk and countermeasure of contractor in steel structure engineering project management

This article briefly introduces the concept of the contract way in the steel structure firstly,and then presents elaborates the main risks existing in the steel structure engineering project management from exterior and internal two principal aspects of contractor.In this foundation,the main methods and the countermeasures how to reduce the risk are analyzed with emphasis,in order to offer a reference to do well risk management.
