TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of 2 Cases of Common COVID-19/ 中医辨证治疗普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎2例

A total of 2 cases of patients with common type coronavirus disease ( COVID-19) only treated with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) was introduced． According to the patient's symptoms and tongue image，one patient had more heat than dampness，and the other had more dampness than heat． For the patient who had more heat than dampness，You'an Xinguan Fomula Ⅰ ( 佑安新冠 1 号方) was used to clear the lungs and dispel pathogen． For the patient who had more dampness than heat，You'an Xinguan Fomula Ⅱ ( 佑安新冠 2 号 方) was used to remove dampness，to dissolve phlegm and to benefit qi． After the medication，the patients' tongue image and symptoms were significantly better than before． CT re-examination showed inflammation absorption，and the continuous negative coronavirus nucleic acid test，which proved that the curative effects of simple TCM syndrome differentiation
