The development of super tyre puncture sealant

The best experimental conditions of the super tyre puncture sealant were discussed in this paper.To optimize synthesis conditions for the super tyre puncture sealant,single factor and orthogonal designed experiments were conducted.The best experimental conditions of the super tyre puncture sealant were as follows: reaction temperature was 25℃,reaction pressure was 101kPa,mixing speed was 300 r/min,water was 300 mL,fibre was 10 g,glycol was 450 mL,PvAc was 180 mL.
