Magnetoresistance and Hall Mobility in the Variable Range Hopping Regime in n‐Type CuInSe2

2006
The electrical conductivity, Hall effect and Hall mobility are measured in n‐type CuInSe2 in the variable range hopping conduction regime between 4 and 20 K in a pulsed magnetic field of up to 1.5 T. The temperature dependence of Hall mobility at different field values up to 1.5 T is in agreement with the percolation theory of Hall effect in VRH regime.
