A device for exhaust air cooling of aircraft air-conditioning systems with a bypass channel (20) having a a ram air channel (30) having a ram air inlet channel portion (32) downstream arranged heat exchanger of an aircraft air conditioning system (10) bypasses, and which in an exhaust passage (40) for discharging the heat exchanger (10) heated ram air which is arranged downstream of the heat exchanger, prior to an outlet opening (42) opens for air to convey cold ram air into the exhaust stream, wherein the ram air duct (30) and the bypass passage (20), a common inlet (25 ) is provided.
