The invention discloses a turnout buttress construction process capable of accurately controlling the top face elevation. The process includes the steps that multiple supporting legs are fixed to the bottom face of a foundation, wherein the top end of each supporting leg is provided with a height adjusting device; a foundation board is fixed to height adjusting rods of the supporting legs; a concrete pouring formwork is installed to conduct early concrete pouring operation; after early concrete pouring and curing are finished, the actual top face elevation of the height adjusting rod of each supporting leg is measured, and the height of the height adjusting rod of each supporting leg is adjusted, so that the top face elevation of the height adjusting rod of each supporting leg reaches the design elevation, and therefore it is guaranteed that the elevation of the foundation board reaches the design elevation; and concrete is poured into grouting holes in the foundation board, concrete pouring and fixing of the foundation board are finished, and construction of a turnout buttress is finished. The invention further discloses the corresponding turnout buttress. By the adoption of the process, the top face elevation of the buttress can be accurately adjusted and controlled, and therefore the top face elevation of the poured and molded buttress is more accurate.
