Relationship between Interleukin-18 expression in cancer tissues and cellular immunity among patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between Interleukin-18 in cancer tissues and cellular immunity among patients with primary hepatocellular carcinorma.Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to detected expression of IL-18 in cancer tissue,and explored NK cells,CD4 + and CD8 + T-cell percentage by flow cytometry(FCM),before and after surgery,then the correlation between them was analyzed.Results The detection of IL-18 in cancer tissues,and percentage of NK cells,CD4 + and CD8 + T-cell in peripheral blood before and after surgery were completed.Conclusions The percentages of NK cells and CD4 + in peripheral blood after surgery decreased.Simultaneity, CD8 + T-cell decreased.Interleuki-18 expression in cancer tissues in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma was related with NK cells,CD4 + and CD8 + T-cells.
