Applications of the SCL Programming Language to Optical Design
1986
As optical systems become more complex, it becomes increasingly difficult to design them using a general-purpose optical design program. At the 1983 conference in Geneva, we described a programming language, SCL, that could be used to extend the capabilities of such a program. In the present paper, we show some applications of this language to optical design problems.
