Reflections on Strengthening Party Democracy and Furthering Party Construction in High Education Institute

High education institutes are important fronts not only for publicizing ideology,science and technology,but also for training qualified builders and successors of Socialism with Chinese Characters.The practice of Party construction in high education institute indicates that the Party organizations can be the firm basis for carrying out the scientific development in an all round way and constructing a harmonious society only when the Party Democracy is enforced.In order to strength the Party democracy in new situations,not only the representative system of Party members and the system of party members' appraisal of leading cadres democratically should be perfected,but also the reform of cadres system should be furthered,the public system university and committee affairs should be built and improved.
