Study of the complex-forming properties of derivatives of 6-nitroazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazines and 6-nitroazolo[1,5-a][1,2,4]pyrimidines towards magnesium compounds

On the basis of the model experiment data, the complexing activity coefficients for 6-nitroazolo[5,1- c][1,2,4]triazines and 6-nitroazolo[1,5-a][1,2,4]pyrimidines were calculated with respect to magnesium ions. Derivatives of both 6-nitrotriazolotriazines and 6-nitrotriazolopyrimidines containing electron-acceptor substituents at the second position of the triazole ring have been shown to be capable of creating extracellular magnesium deficiency.
