Intraspinal Transplantation of Human Neural Stem Cells

In this chapter, we provide a detailed procedure for intraspinal transplantation of human NPCs including information on cell preparation as well as surgical procedures on mice that enable a successful transplant. We also make note of the critical steps and points one should be wary of, which will help to ensure a successful procedure. In addition, we provide a list of the equipment, supplies, and reagents that have worked well in our laboratory.
