Gasoline desulfurization method

2012
A gasoline desulfurization method comprises the following steps: carrying out a fractionation treatment so as to separate the gasoline into a heavy fraction and a light fraction; and then injecting the heavy fraction, the light fraction, a hydrogen donor, and a desulfurization adsorbent into a fluidized bed reactor to carry out absorption desulfurization reactions; wherein the fluidized bed reactor comprises a reaction section, the reaction section comprises a first feed inlet and a second feed inlet, the second feed inlet is arranged above the first feed inlet, the distance between the first feed inlet and the second feed inlet is 30 to 80% of the total height of the reaction section, a material flow containing the heavy fraction and at least part of hydrogen donor is injected into the reaction section through the first feed inlet, and the material flow containing the light fraction is injected into the reaction section through the second feed inlet. The gasoline desulfurization method can be used for obtaining a gasoline product with a low sulfur content and little loss of anti-explosion index.
