Research on Joint Logistics Operations Modes in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Based on Social Capital Structure

2009
This paper presents a theory which explores joint logistics operations mode effects on social capital structures. It examines the appending of social capital structural factors into joint logistics explanatory variables, through the analysis of joint logistics operations modes, according to the current logistics' situation and supply and demand. It is further based on a comprehensive analysis of overseas and domestic interrelated enterprises' logistics and joint logistics theories. Moreover, it is based on a questionnaire revealing the structure of measurement and mechanism analysis of influencing factors on joint logistics between enterprises (such as exploratory factor and SEM). It is convinced that social capital structures have a comprehensive effect on small and medium-sized enterprises. Moreover, that joint logistics operation modes and cognitive social capital affect joint logistics indirectly through social-capital relations and institutional social structures.
