Forming by hot pressing product comprising a sheet of thin steel formed by a method of forming by hot pressing, and having a metallic structure consisting of retained austenite of 3% to 20% by volume, annealed martensite or bainite annealed 30% to 97% by volume, and tempered martensite 0% to 67% by volume, where the shaped product by hot pressing has a chemical element composition consisting of: C 0.1% to 0.3 %, where "%" means "% by mass", and the same applies to the following with respect to the chemical element composition: Si: 0.5% to 3%; Mn 0.5% to 2%; P 0.05% or less, not including 0%; S 0.05% or less, not including 0%; 0.01% to 0.1%; N 0.001% to 0.01%; B optionally 0.01% or less Ti and 0.1% or less; optionally one or more selected from the group consisting of Cu, Ni, Cr and Mo 1% or less in total; and optionally V and / or Nb 0.1% or less in total, and the balance consisting of iron and unavoidable impurities.
