An Empirical Study on China's Circulation Efficiency

Academia focuses highly on circulation efficiency because it is the core content which reflects circulation industry's sustainable development potential.Most researchers believe that our country's circulation industry is inefficient.By building the Indicator System to measure China's circulation efficiency,which includes 3 first-degree indexes involving turnover index,size index,effectiveness index and 10 second-degree indexes,the paper uses the Factor Analysis to analyze China's circulation efficiency.Finally,we explain the reasons why the circulation efficiency fell from 1995 to 1999 and rose from 1999 to 2007.
