2020
Guaranteeing the human rights of all is one of the concerns of world organizations. In general, Human Rights can be understood as those that the individual has, simply because he is a human person, due to the importance of his existence, such as: the right to life, the family, food, education, work, freedom, sexual orientation and a healthy environment, and for that it is essential to deal with sustainability. Today's society needs to create mechanisms for global development based on respect for nature, universal human rights, and economic justice. Sustainability seen from a conformity between humanity and nature, related to the impact of economic activities on the environment and this relationship, the search for the quality of life of this generation, and of the future ones, in view of the environmental and sustainable rights of the youth. Thus, this work aims to understand the role of young people in this scenario, that is, to understand how Brazilian Public Policies, through the education of young people, can develop actions that promote the insertion of this group in environmental and sustainability problems. Where public policies for youth in Brazil are perceived, especially rural, it occurs discontinuously and insufficiently.
