The invention relates to a ball milled powder purity technology control system for a prebake anode, and a control method. The system is structurally composed of the following parts: a ball milled powder purity test station which tests the purity of ball milled powder and sends the purity data of the tested ball milled powder to a formula data analysis server; the formula data analysis server which performs classification storage and purity analysis determination on the ball milled powder purity data sent by the ball milled powder purity test station and carries out bidirectional communication with a client server; and the client server which receives data signals sent by the formula data analysis server and queries historical data and analysis results from the formula data analysis server. The system and method have the following advantages: through effective control of the purity of the ball milled powder, it is ensured that the application amount of liquid asphalt in the production process of the anode is effectively controlled, the quality stability of a raw anode carbon block is improved, the quality control level of the whole prebake anode is enhanced, the production operation cost is decreased, and the discharge level of greenhouse gases in an aluminum electrolytic process is reduced.
