Ectopic gastric mucosa of the gallbladder: comparison with metaplastic polyp of the gallbladder.

We report a case of ectopic gastric mucosa of the gallbladder in a 44-yr-old man. A sessile polypoid lesion 1.0 cm in diameter was seen in the body of the gallbladder, without gallstones.
