Time-interleaved analog-digital converter and method

The invention discloses a time-interleaved analog-digital converter and a method. By means of time division multiplexing, after one analog signal is converted into multiple digital signals, reconstruction is conducted on the multiple digital signals according to the gain mismatch error and the timing sequence mismatch error, and the gain mismatch error and the timing sequence mismatch error are detected and updated continuously based on the multiple reconstructed signals at the same time, so that a loop-locked reconstructed circuit is formed. Gain mismatch and timing sequence mismatch between channels can be eliminated, and analog-digital conversion dynamic property can be improved.
