The invention discloses an application of quinazoline compounds in regulation of neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation and particularly discloses a compound shown in formula I, as well as an optical isomer, a hydrate, a solvate, a prodrug or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
