Wepropose theglobal Arnoldi algorithm forMIMO Error information inthereduced system willbeaguideline RLCG interconnect modelorderreductions. Thisalgorithm is fortheorderselection scheme. Inthesecondreduced-order anextension ofthestandard Arnoldi algorithm forsystemssystem wecankeepthesimple formulation described inthe withmulti-inputs andmulti-outputs (MIMO).Byemploying the B congruence transformation withthematrix Krylov subspace, the BA algorithm Inaddition, thetransfer matrix ofthesecond one-sided projection method canbeusedtoconstruct areduced-reduced system isidentical tothose oftheoriginal system with ordersystem. Twokindsofreduced systems using theglobaladditive perturbation matrix. Arnoldi algorithm will beproposed. Thefirst q-thorderofthese reduced systems' moments will still bepreserved. Thetransfer II.PRELIMINARY matrix residual error ofthereduced system will also bederived Alinear, time-invariance, RLCG interconnect circuit canbe analytically. Experimental results demonstrate thefeasibility and represented inthefollowing modified nodalanalysis (MNA) theeffectiveness oftheproposed method. r
