The main topic of this thesis called ‘’Changes In Consumer Behaviour And Their Impact On Marketing Management’’ is to look at the trends in consumer Behaviour and in what way the marketers have to change their methods and ways of communication with the customers in order to succeed. This thesis will look in detail on what affects consumer Behaviour, how has it changed over the decades and how has the consumer buying process evolved. These findings will be interpreted later on in a research done in the company Dance and Jump.
