High Photocatalytic Activity of Heterostrutured InMoO3- Tio2 Nanocomposite Material Under Natural Sun Light Irradiation

Synthesize coupled semiconductor oxides development of InMoO3 doped-TiO2 nanocomposite material was synthesised by co-precipitation method and sonication technique. The synthesized nanomaterial was characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), high resolution scanning electron microscopy (HR-SEM) with EDX analysis, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), Fourier transform-infrared FT-IR spectrum and diffuses reflectance (DRS). The photocatalytic activity of InMoO3 doped-TiO2 nanomaterial was evaluated from the photodegradation of methyl green (MEG) under natural sun light irradiation and material was found to be stable and reusable.
