Significant changing in the structure of the global financial architecture is a modern trends of global economy, associated with large-scale integration between banks and insurance companies. The authors systematize the criteria of classical models of bank insurance. The comparative analysis of banking and insurance cooperation in different regions of the world is made. It is investigated the current state and prospects of the banking market in the European insurance region based on the use of harmonic analysis.
