Liquid calcium soft capsules and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to liquid calcium soft capsules and a preparation method thereof. The inclusion of the soft capsules is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 80 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.0001 to 1 part of vitamin D3, 20 to 50 parts of soybean oil, and 15 to 30 parts of beeswax. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing capsule bodies by using gelatin, glycerol and purified water as capsule body raw materials; mixing a mixture of the calcium carbonate, the vitamin D3, the soybean oil and the beeswax for 20 to 40 minutes, and slowly milling the mixture for 1 to 3 times through a colloid mill to obtain the uniformly mixed inclusion; and pressing, sizing, washing, drying, sorting and packing the inclusion and the capsule bodies, thus obtaining the liquid calcium soft capsules. Compared with the prior art, the liquid calcium soft capsules have the advantages that the calcium carbonate has the advantages of high calcium content, high intestinal absorption, high dissolubility, low price and the like compared with other calcium agents, so the soft capsules are beneficial to absorption of active ingredients; and the soft capsules can simultaneously supplement calcium and vitamin D, are convenient to administrate, improves the nutritional status of human bodies, and promotes the health of the human bodies.
