A Method for the Simultaneous Determination of the Secretion Rates of Cortisol, 11-Desoxycortisol, Corticosterone, 11-Desoxycorticosterone and Aldosterone

ABSTRACT A double isotope dilution derivative method for the determination simultaneously of the secretion rates of B, F, S, DOC and aldosterone is presented. The mean values for 4 normal adults and 6 children with no endocrine disorders are DOC, 0.085 mg/day; S, 0.38 mg/day; B, 3.8 mg/day; and F, 11.5 mg/day.
