REFLECTION AND DISCUSSION ON PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL CLINICAL KEY SPECIALTY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Since 2010,the former state ministry of health led national clinical key specialty construction project by project management mode,and invested a lot of construction fund.Excellence and effective performance management is an important guarantee and effective way of project construction,this paper expounds what significance of performance management to the national clinical key specialty construction,and to analyze the problems and difficulties existed in the practice,some thinking and recommendations are proposed in order to provide the advisory suggestions for the project work.
