By using the invention, working conditions of the TAD dryers can be real-timely monitored, diagnosed, recorded and real-timely displayed. Through a locomotive network, the working conditions and faults of the TAD dryers can be sent to a monitoring screen of a drivers cab so as to remind a driver to take processing measures. Under the condition of considering electromagnetic compatibility from aspects of plating, appearance and structure, the invention satisfies a national electromagnetic compatibility standard. Grades of chips adopted in the invention all reach an industrial grade or above the industrial grade. And the chips can perform normal and stable work at a temperature of from minus 25 DEG C to 85 DEG C. An applicable scope is wide and anti-interference capability is strong.
