Considerations over University-running Features

It is prerequisite for higher institutions to have their own features to face competitive challenges and make greater development.On the one hand,the study of school features promotes the reform of China's education system,on the other hand,it is propitious to elevate the college running.This paper,based on the concept and forms of featured colleges,makes a case study of Huabei Coal Medical College.
