Method for synchronizing PDP state and network side device

The invention provides a method for synchronizing a PDP state and a network side device. The method includes the steps that a service request sent by a terminal is received, wherein the service request carries the PDP state of the terminal; whether the PDP state in the service request is an activated state or not is judged and if yes, RAB connection of a user plane is directly established; if the PDP state in the service request is a deactivated state and a PDP state locally stored in the network side device is the activated state, the PDP state locally stored is synchronized to the PDP state of the terminal, and the PDP state locally stored and the PDP state of the terminal are identical. According to the scheme, the problem that RAB connection establishment fails due to non-synchronization of the PDP states of the terminal and a core network side can be solved.
