Hydrogen Peroxide Biosensor Based on the Layer-by-layer Self-assembly Immobilized Enzyme of Nafion,Azure A,Nano-gold

[Objective] The research aimed to confirm the feasibility of preparing hydrogen peroxide biosensor based on layer-by-layer self-assembly immobilized enzyme of Nafion,azure A,nano-gold.[Method] Nafion,azure A and nano-gold were decorated on the golden electrode surface by using electrostatic adsorption and self-assembly technology.Horseradish peroxidase was adsorbed by using nano-gold to prepare hydrogen peroxide biosensor.The performances of this sensor were observed by using cyclic voltammetry method and chronoamperometry.[Result] Under the conditions that pH value of test solution was 5.5,working potential was-0.3~-0.2 V,sweep speed was 100 mV/s and the detection temperature was 25 ℃,this sensor had good biology catalytic activity.The reduction peak current showed a good linear correlation with H2O2 concn.in the range of 2.0×10-6~1.6×10-3 mol/L and the detection limit was 7.62×10-7 mol/L.This sensor had good stability,strong anti-disturbance capability,simple preparing method,cheap cost and rapid and sensitive response to H2O2.[Conclusion] The prepared hydrogen peroxide biosensor had higher sensitivity,broad detection range and lower detection limit.
