Provided is a tool holder for a chip suction device which can not only abosorb and discharge cuttings generated on a processing point, and absorb and discharge residual cuttings floating in feed air, but also abosorb deviation when installing the tool holder on a main shasft. The tool holder (8) is installed on a machine tool (1) with the chip suction device (9). A connecting portion of a holder side portion and a main body side portion of a cutting and abosrbing path of the tool holder (8) are in a non-contact structure.
