Выбор программных средств создания электронных изданий в научной среде гуманитарных вузов

Development of an information technology in science and education sphere has given the chance to experts to create any electronic editions, without what or special skills of programming. At the same time there are no accurate standards of construction of electronic teaching materials, there are no mechanisms of their legal protection, there are no uniform criteria on which quality of electronic editions is defined. Attempt to study offered software products for creation of electronic editions is made, and also to understand forms of these tutorials.
