The invention discloses a device and method for long and thin pipeline sterilization using low-temperature plasmas. The device comprises a power excitation module, an intelligent control module, a plasma generating module and a sterilizing cavity and is characterized in that the power excitation module provides high-voltage excitation for the plasma generating module, atmospheric low-temperature plasmas are generated in the sterilizing cavity, and the intelligent control module provides working gas for sterilization of the interior of a pipeline through an intelligent device and achieves switching between creeping discharge and jet discharge. According to the device, jet discharge is achieved in the long and thin pipeline for sterilization of the inner wall of the pipeline, creeping discharge is achieved outside the long and thin pipeline for sterilization of the outer wall of the pipeline, inner-wall sterilization and out-wall sterilization are integrated through the intelligent control module, sterilization is convenient and quick, and cross infection is avoided.
