Research on Status about Aerobics Course of Social Sports Specialty of Independent Colleges in Hunan Province

To study on the status about aerobics course of social sports specialty of independent colleges in Hunan province,it is beneficial to train students′ skill and make the construction of special course perfect.By means of literature material,interview with the experts,we find some problems in practice teaching: unitary teaching content,lacking practice,missing on training students′ skill,dated teaching model,traditional teaching method,lessons shortage,and so on,and then provide some suggest as improve the curriculum,add lessons befittingly,optimize teaching content and create teaching model.
