Climate and Energy Vulnerability in Coastal Regions: The Case for US Pacific and Northeast Corridor Coastal Regions
2013
Energy activity is linked to climate in several ways. This work presents a detailed analysis of climate and energy trends and their possible interaction in two populated coastal regions of the United States: California and the Northeast Corridor. The overall effect seems to indicate that under mean conditions, the energy sector may be less vulnerable to climate changes in these Northern regions.
