Monumental foreign body into the knee: a case purpose

A foreign body is a common problem in pediatric emergency. We present a 6-year-old patient with a large metallic Eiffel tower key ring in the right knee that was successfully removed. The joint was examined arthroscopically and no further pathology was found.
