Study on the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma genetics

2010
Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a multi-gene genetic disease. The pathogenesis of asthma genetics is consisted of candidate genes and chromosomal localization. Candidate genes of asthma involve immune recognition genes, transcription factor genes, receptor genes, cytokine genes and mediator genes.Genes of multiple human chromosomes are associated with asthma, which is mainly located in chromosome 5q,6p,11q and so. Key words: Asthma;  Genetics;  Candidate genes ; Chromosomal localization
